High Magick is a traveling art exhibition that showcases the work of ex-death row inmate, Damien Echols. Echols’ art is based off his devotion to the western mediation practice known as “high magic”. A practice he taught himself while in prison.

The layout is reflective of his balance in use of symmetry and asymmetry. The headline typography for this catalog was selected to represent the ancient roots in which high magick is derived from; with the body copy adding a contemporary element of balance.
